Kerstin trained in Europe and has more than 15 years industry experience. She worked in several exclusive flower stores across Germany. Since arriving in Australia, she has prepared stunning floral displays on the prestigious Hayman Island resort and spent four years working with Sydney's boutique florist Lotus Botanica in Chifley Plaza. Her weekly clients included The Australian Club, Tiffany's, Challenger, Sydney IVF, Hays Recruitment, Chifley Plaza, PMI Mortgage Insurance and Gresham Partners.

Kerstin is a perfectionist. "When we choose your flowers, all aspects are considered including location, season, attire, style/theme and budget. Every little detail counts, even the small lines on a piece of foliage to enhance the colour of a flower."
